On the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2025, VK-RDP organized large-scale yoga awareness and practice sessions across five districts of southern Tamil Nadu in which a total of 4,653 people participated.
At the Headquarters of Vivekananda Kendra in Vivekanandapuram, Kanyakumari, Guru Purnima was celebrated on Ashadha Purnima (10th July 2025) at Eknath Hall in Vivekanandapuram. The event witnessed the active participation of 107 people.
To mark the 122nd Mahasamadhi Day of Swami Vivekananda, VK-RDP organized a Grand Anna Puja on 4th July 2025 at Vivekanandapuram in Kanyakumari. Over 1000 people attended the Puja.
VK Mysore Branch organized an inter-school competitions including Guru Stotra chanting, bhajan, essay writing, and drawing at the Kendra Karyalaya on 5th July 2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 146 students and 7 teachers representing 9 different schools.
Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Maharashtra Prant, Chinchwad Branch organized International Day of Yoga 2025 programs at 17 locations with a total participation of 936 people.
VKV Kanyakumari organized yoga sessions in six villages where regular Samskarvargas are conducted. The sessions were held on Sunday, 22nd June 2025, with the participation of 82 Samskarvarga children.
VK-NARDEP celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm from 20th to 26th June 2025. Organised under the Green Rameswaram initiative, the programmes held at 12 locations in Rameswaram with participation of 2,136 people.
VK Madurai organised 11th International Day of Yoga programme at TVS Higher Secondary School on 21st June 2025. The event witnessed the participation of 46 people.
Kovilpatti branch, organized the 11th International Day of Yoga celebrations with a special yoga session at Unnamalai College of Arts and Science, Kovilpatti. 125 college students took part in the event.
In connection with the 11th International Day of Yoga, VK Madurai Branch, organized yoga sessions at its three Karyalayas, with enthusiastic participation of 26 karyakarthas.
VK Chennai Valmiki Nagar branch observed the 11th International Day of Yoga at CMFRI, Chennai on 23rd June 2025 with a yoga session organized for its staff and associates. 15 people participated.
VK-RDP Kovilpatti Branch celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm and participation at Nadar Higher Secondary School, Kovilpatti on 21st June 2025. 270 people participated in the event.
VK Tamil Nadu Prant organized Yoga Samavesh programs at two special locations: Auro World – Centre for Differently-Abled Children in Sattur, and Manolaya Mental Health Rehabilitation Centre in Rameswaram, with a cumulative participation of 80 people.
VK Pathanamthitta organized an Amrita Parivar Sankul milan on 21st June 2025 at the residence of Ambily Chechi in Keezhvaipur. A total of 10 participants from 4 families attended the programme as a follow-up to the Kendra Parichaya Shibir conducted in April 2025.
VK Thiruvananthapuram organized a Kishori Vikas Shibir on 29 June 2025 at Hindu Mahila Mandir in Poojapura. A total of 38 participants took part in the shibir aimed at inspiring and guiding young girls through cultural and value-based activities.
VK-VVF celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2025 on 30th June 2025 at Sandeepani Sisuvihar with the participation of 30 students, teachers, and parents.
VK-VVF celebrated the concluding ceremony of International Day of Yoga 2025 celebrations on 29th June 2025 at Kbees Durbar convention centre in Kodungallur. A total of 145 participants took part in the event.
VK-VVF celebrated International Day of Yoga 2025 on 29th June 2025 at Gurudev Nagar, Muthukunnu, Kodungulur. A total of 25 participants took part in the Yoga Sangamam.
