Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari conducted a Spiritual Retreat at the Training Centre, Vivekanandapuram, from August 8th to 14th, 2025. A total of 53 attendees from different states of Bharat were present at the Shibir.
VKV Vallioor celebrated Vinayaga Chathurthi in a grand and devotional manner from 21st to 28th August 2025 in the school premises. A total of 809 students and teachers participated in the celebration.
VKV Kanyakumari celebrated Gokulashtami and Rakshabandhan on 18th August 2025 in the school ground. A total of 1,320 students actively took part in the celebration.
VKV Kanyakumari celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15th August 2025 with great patriotic fervor. The programme was held in the school premises with the enthusiastic participation of 1250 students. Parents, teachers, staff from the Vivekananda Kendra Headquarters, and Kendra Karyakarthas also graced the occasion.
VKV Kanyakumari organised a series of Personality Development Workshops for students of Class V on 28th July, Class VI on 29th July, and Class VII on 30th July 2025. A total of 278 students enthusiastically participated.
VK-RDP Kovilpatti Branch, organised a Free Eye Screening Camp on Sunday, 27th July 2025, at Sri Saravanaiyyer Middle School, Thiruchendur. A total of 105 people from 26 nearby villages availed themselves of the camp’s services.
VK Karnataka Prant organised a vibrant three-day Leadership Development Camp for youth at Vivekanandapuram, Kanyakumari, from 18th to 20th July 2025. A total of 146 students from 44 colleges across 18 districts of Karnataka actively participated.
VK-RDP Kovilpatti conducted the 1008 Thiruvilakku Puja with great devotion at Arulmigu Sankaranarayana Swamy Temple, Sankarankovil, on 20th July 2025. 1,110 women from over 65 villages joined the event.
