The annual day function of our school was organized on 12th January 2019. The combinations of three celebrations (Vivekananda Jayanthi, school Annual day, National Youth Day)
Vivekananda Kendra Madurai organized National Youth day in Mannar Thirumali Naicker College at Madurai. Programme was started with vedic chanting and patriotic song. Shri. A. Selvaraj, Nagar Pramukh, VK Madurai, introduced the main speaker. On this occasion Shri. D. Natarajan, Karyapadhdhathi Pramukh of VK Madurai, delivered a detailed speech on the topic “Swami Vivekananda – Icon of Modern Youth”. He quoted some life incidents and messages of Swamiji. The objective of man making and nation building was conveyed. The students were really inspired by the speech. The concluded with the National Anthem.
The Vice President of the Vivekananda Kendra, Mananeeya Nivedita Bhide was delivered lecture on the subject. Sri V.R. Muthu, eminent industrialist was the Chief Guest.Sri V.S.P.
