The Annual Sports Day of VKV Kanyakumari was celebrated on 25 February 2026 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and staff. A total of 1,100 students and staff participated in the celebration.
VKV Kanyakumari celebrated the 77th Republic Day on 26 January 2026 with the objective of instilling patriotism, constitutional values, discipline, cultural pride, and social responsibility among students. A total of 1050 students participated.
VKV Kanyakumari conducted a Matru Puja on 7th February 2026 at 2.30 p.m. at the Swami Vivekananda Sabhagriham in Vivekanandapuram. Dr. Anitha Subramanian graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and the programme witnessed the participation of 270 students, parents, and teachers.
Yoga Sastra Sangamam 2026, organized by Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari was held from February 27 to March 1, with 685 attendees, including delegates, guests, and the organizing team.
VKV Kanyakumari celebrated Swami Vivekananda Jayanti and the Annual Day on 12 January 2026, observing National Youth Day with reverence and patriotic fervour. A total of 1,500 students, parents, and teachers participated in the celebration.
VKV Kanyakumari started the Samartha Bharat Parva celebrations on 25th December 2025 with the singing of Vande Mataram and Bharat Mata Aarati. A total of 120 students and staff members participated in the programme.
