Two days residential camp has been organised on 25-26 December 2013 at Harda, Madhyapradesh by Vivekananda Kendra.

The one day residential camp has been organised in vivekanand kendra karyayalaya, Harda (M.P.) on 26th December 2013. Among 13 resides there were 10 registered participants.

Camp start with reporting for trainees at 5 pm on 25th December, which is followed by Bhajan Sandhya and Parichay Satra. There were two Ganas - "Shaurya" & "Veer".

VKVs have occupied the chunk of the top positions in the State level Science Exhibition,2013 organized by Directorate of Secondary Education, GoAP in collaboration with NCERT, New Delhi held at the Govt.

The State level Inter VKV Bhagawad Gita Chanting Competition for the VKVs of Arunachal Pradesh was held at VKVAPT, Dibrugarh on the Gita Jayanti day, 13 December, 2013.  A total number of 26 Cluster level winners  from the VKVs  Itanagar, Oyan, Seijosa, Roing, Sher, Shergaon, Bana ,Jairampur ,Nivedita Vihar, Sunpura, Yazali, Vivek Vihar, Tafrogam, Wessang, Joram , Shergaon, Nirjuli participated in the Competition in four categories.   The flawless chanting of the participants bewitched all the listener.

Resource persons from VIVEKANANDA INSTITUTE OF HAMAN EXCELLENCY DEPARTMENT run by Ramakrishna Mission, Hyderabad conducted a short term workshop on Development of human personality for  the students of Class X to XII  on 10th December 2013.

Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti recently conducted a few Medical Camps in Longding and Tirap district. As most of the villagers of Longding circle are suffering from seasonal diseases like influenza, cold,viral fever and some casualities were there, the Mobile Medical team of Arun Jyoti conducted two Medical Camps at Niausa and Senua villages on 4th and 5th December 2013 respectively. .
