Vivekananda Kendra is a thought movement, a spiritually oriented service mission. Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti has organized Universal Brotherhood Day at the Conference Hall of Distt. Hospital Tezu. The programme was begun with lighting of lamp by Dr. J. Ado (DNVBDCPO) Distt. Hospital, Tezu.

Nagar Pramukh of Vivekananda Kendra Shri Kruleso Ngadong delivered a short speech on Kendra objectives.

Guest Speaker Shri R.C. Pandey, Senior Teacher (Govt. Hr. Sec School Tezu) Spoke on Universal Brotherhood Day. Guest of honor Dr. J.S. Bhoumik, SMO of District Hospital Tezu, Spoke on Importance of Blood Donation. Dr. J. Ado, (DNVBDCPO) District Hospital Tezu, appreciated the members of Vivekananda Kendra Tezu in celebrating such important occasion of National importance along with the entire nation at the remotest part of the nation. He also stressed on the need of universal brotherhood among the people at this critical juncture when the world is torn in the name of various issues citing the example. The Participants from various Schools/College Tezu presented various Drama and dances to mark the Program Colorful. 52 students took benefit by cheking their blood group.
