The Vijay Hi Vijay Mahashibir, organized by Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari’s Arunachal Pradesh Prant from 11th October 2010 at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Chimpu, Itanagar concluded successfully on 16th October 2010.

645 students and organizing team karyakartas participated in it. All 28 Higher & Technical Education Institutions including all the colleges, Polytechniques, NERIST, University got involved in this Mahashibir. Hundreds of students after participating in a book based competition and a one day leadership workshop got selected for this camp.

The students reported to camp on 11th October 2010. The Mahashibir was inaugurated by Shri. Bosiram Siram, Honorable Minister for Education Arunachal Pradesh on 12th October 2010 morning 9.30 Am in the auspicious presence of Mananeey Balakrishnanji, Vice President, Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari.

The camp schedule reflected an ideal routine which starts by waking up at 4.30 am followed by prayer at 5.15 am and then a yoga module - Pariksha De Haste Haste- for students. The daily sessions contained various lectures by eminent people which where packaged thematically into topic such as Leadership through Courage, Inspiration, Clarity, Collective & Creative work, Character and Conviction. The day concluded with games and presentations on various inspiring presentations such as Lead India, Story of Swami Vivekananda, Short film on Veer Saverkar etc.

· Shri. Harish Rathod, Ex. Flying Commando of Prime Minister of India

· Shri.Tapi Mra, the first Mt. Everest climber of Arunachal Pradesh, India

The participants got an opportunity to put questions to the speakers and they got authentic answers those cleared many confusions.

The disciplined behavior of these college students put a mark on the minds of the guest speakers. Now they are confident about the bright future of Arunachal Pradesh, India.
