Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari branch have celebrated the three important functions ie.149th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, Annual Day of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Kanyakumari and National Youth Day on 12th Jan at 5.30 P.M.
The function was inaugurated by Sri.P. Mariappan, M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil (Inspector of Matric. Schools) by lighting the lamp. Principal of VKV, KK welcome the gathering and presented the Annual report of 2010-11.
Felicitation was given by Sri.P. Mariappan, M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil (Inspector of Matric. Schools) & Dr. K. Subash Chandra Bose, M.E., M.B.A., Ph.D. Principal, Udhaya College of Engineering Vellamodi, Kanyakumari District.For the whole academic year E.A. (Extra curricular activities) toppers as well as academic toppers in the previous results (Std. X,XII) were appreciated by the guests. Man. Hanuji had given a thought provoking spiritual speech and blessings to the VKV children.
