INSPIRING INCIDENTS

(from our balwadi teachers & workers)

1. C. LEELA, PEYANKUZHY, KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT ::

I went to Pechiparai on 23.09.2010 to visit Govt. Tribal Uundurai Higher Secondary School for distribution of the books. After seeing the Headmaster I went to see the teacher Ms. Mahalakshmi. She enquired about Annaji, Ayyappanji and all other. She remembered about the Drama programme and Dance etc., and offered tea. One teacher named Shri Sundaram enquired about in and we answered that we came from Vivekananda Kendra. Then he told that when he was studying in the school he was selected for the camp which was conducted at Kanyakumari and attended along with his grandfather. The food taken at that time is still running in his body which has been remembered by him. He was trying so many years to visit Kanyakumari and he assured that this year he will come to the camp along with the students. His rememberance the past experience cannot be forgotten.

2. V. RAJAKUMARI, PEYANKUZHY, KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT ::

We belong to Peyankuzhy village. When we were conducting cultural classes two important persons from the nearest village Kattuvilai approached

us and invited our students to attend the function which will be held during Vinayaga Chadurthi. We also accepted and conducted the cultural programmes on 11.09.2010 with our students. After the function was over the President of the village and all other people appreciated the programme and gave away the gifts of the students. I felt very happy.

3. P. PACKIA SAROJA, PUTHALAM, KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT :

:

I went to the house of Darshini a balwadi student. Her mother was there and she exclaimed that how Darshini was changed in her day-to-day life because in the morning she will awake with weeping mood. But after she joined in the balwadi school she will get up in the morning and wash her face and will be brisk in the morning. Really her activity has been changed in the good way and manner. I also wondered and made my heart feel very much.

4. K. MARAGATHAM, KOOTTAMPULI, THOOTHUKUDI DISTRICT ::

In our village one miss. Uma participated in the 1008 deepa pooja held at Lord Murugan temple, Tiruchendur with a prayer for her marriage. After the deepa pooja was over her marriage has been fixed which touched my heart very much.

5. PUNITHAVATHI, ADAICHANI, TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT ::

Every year in our school we will celebrate the Independence day on 15th August and usually we will get the rope and the stick from somebody. This year one Ms. Pandi Meena donated the stick and rope for the flag hoisting permanently to our school which made us so happy.

6. C. SARASWATHI, AMBASAMUDRAM, TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT ::

A balwadi student at Adaichani balwadi school became the cultural class student whose name was Gajendran. Now he is studying in the BSNL office as on officer. He felt so happy that just because of the reason he was a balwadi student and cultural class student he was able to become as an officer. So he offered Rs.500/- every year for the last three years as donation. His responsibility made me to wonder. A student who studied in the balwadi school learnt the selfless service from his boyhood was appreciated by all of us.

Yours

In the Service of Lord
