The three days residential  Yuva Prerana Shivir was conducted under   Safal  Yuva Samarth  Bharat  programme from 10 to 13 February 2018 at Gujarat Vidyapith , Sadra Village, Gujarat. 36 participants  came from various  colleges. Ashok Atale, Life Worker of Vivekananda Kendra, Lohit provided important tips to the students to cope with examination stresses and pressure.

Shri Ashok advised them to practice yoga for stress management, to increase concentration and improve memory power.Thirty  students from different disciplines of the college attended the workshop themed, ‘Pariksha De Haste Haste’.

VKIC’s Foundation Day was celebrated in a solemn way on January 31, 2018. That evening the prestigious VKIC Sanmaan was bestowed on Smt. Gayatri Debi of Agartala, Tripura and Smt. Jonaki Baro of Dhekiajuli, Assam. They were each presented with a citation, a memento, a seleng sador and a cash award.

Vivekananda Kendra organized a Spiritual Retreat from 4th to 10th February 2018 in Vivekananda Kendra Training Centre. There are 41 participants, 14 in English Shibir and 27 in Hindi.

1 VARSHIK BAITHAK OF TELUGU PRANT was held on 11-12 March at Kaushalam, Hyderabad. All India General Secretary Sri Bhanudasji and All India Treasurer Sri Hanumanthraoji were present. Prant Sanchalak, Prant Sah-Pramukh, Prant Vyavatha Pramukh, Nagar Samiti members of Dilsukhnagar, Ameerpet, Nagole, Nagole, Kadapa, Vijayawada were presnt. Dayitvan Karyakartas of VK Kaushalam, VK Telugu Prakashan and Asmita were presnt. Reporting and planning, after intensive discussions on ‘watering the root’ concept was done.
