matripoojaIn VKV Tingrai, ‘MATRI PUJA’ was conducted on 25th feb. 2014. Class VI students were invited for the puja. First of all, children’s welcomed their mother by washing and applying CHANDAN on their feet. Then all the mother’s and children gathered in the prayer hall. Principal welcomed all of them by welcome address.

Invocation – By Sri Debendra Kumar Malvieya,Primary in-charge VKV (NEEPCO) Umrongso. All the students of class-X  wash the feet of their parents ,dry the feet with towel then escorted their parents to the prayer hall.

Introduction of Adhikaris and Welcome the Class-X students and their parents by Kum. Mousomi Singha,students of class-ix.

Importance of the puja was explained by Sri Debendra Kumar Malvieya Sir with two beautiful story of the sacrifice of parents.

The Free Operation Camp organized by Vievakananda Kendra Arn Jyoti in collaboration with Remote Area Medical, Knoxville, USA, concluded successfully on 8th February at Central Hospital, CIL, Margherita, Assam. A total 44 patients were operated for Gall Stone diseases, hernia, appendicitis and other ailments during the camp which was inaugurated on 3rd February by Sri.Y.Matey, Parliamentary Secretary of DOTCL, Govt.of Arunachal Pradesh.
