Vivekananda Kendra kanyakumari, West Bengal (Paschim Bang Pranta) organised the International Day of Yoga celebrations in different places of Bangal for our karyakartas and well wishers i.e Durga Puru:86, Kalana:150, Salt Lake: 400, Ramrajatala: 50, Calcutta Metro Bhavan: 106, total 822 nos. Of participants enjoy the real happiness by Practice Yoga. Vivekananda Kendra also observed this in advance one day before collaboration with Kreeda Bharati with the presence of Manyabar Governor Mananeey Kesharinath Tripathi and Central Youth & sports minister.
On the occasion of the birth centenary of Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade, a public programme Vimarsh on "Seva" was organized by the Suri branch of Vivekananda Kendra , Kanyakumari on the 15th June at D R D C Hall, Suri, Birbhum, West Bengal. Justice [ retd.] Bipin Kumar Mukherjee formally inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. The programme was graced by Su. Nivedita Bhide, Vice President Vivekananda Kendra , Kanyakumari. Sri L N Mondal , former principal of Suri Vidyasagar & Sanyojog of Suri branch of Kendra presided over the programme. About two hundred people including the officials of different social, cultural and educational organizations attended the programme. Cultural programme was performed by Smt. Pritikana Bhattacharya and her group.

Vivekananda Kendra, Kolkata Mahanger, Loknathnager karyasthan organized a workshop on PARIKSHA DE HANSTE HANSTE for student in residential complex of Airports Authority Of India , Kolkata on 10th May 2015. Workshop consist of shanti path, PPT resentation, yoga, patriotic song, mental games and discussion. Total 10 participants, 20 parents and 6 karyakartas are present.
A meeting of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari was held at Suri , the district headquarters of Birbhum in West Bengal on April, 19 , 2015 at Saraswati Sishu Mandir campus, to discuss organizational matters and celebration of the birth centenary of Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade.
