Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, R.T. Nagar branch organized a Maha Shivaratri program at Samhita School of Performing Arts on 8th March 2024. A total of 99 people attended the event, including 21 invitees, 4 Samskarvarga Shikshaks, and 12 parents.
The program commenced with a prayer and invocation song performed by Sri. Bharath ji and the students. Aarati and Puja were conducted by purohit Sri. Nischal, who is also a Samskar Varga student. The Panchakshari mantra was chanted 13,108 times, with the highlight being children sitting continuously for 6 hours during the chanting session.
Devotional songs and bhajans were also performed during the program. Prasad was served as dinner after the conclusion of the program.
