Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti organized a workshop entitled “Let’s play exam-exam” for the students of Vivekananda Residential Public school of Itanagar on 31 Jan to 4 Feb in order to prepare them mentally, physically and psychologically fit for writing various kinds of exams in their life.
The workshop was of five days which dealt on various elements relating to exams like-Concept of exam, Yoga for exam, technique for concentration, time management, confidence building, importance of sleep, technique for gaining energy and best way of studying etc. 
Thirty two students benefited from PowerPoint presentation, yoga & games taken by Ashok Atale, Komin Patir & Tasso Pabin respectively. This workshop will be conducted in various Schools & Colleges very soon.
